What we collect

• Newsletter and free downloads: email address you submit on vibekitlab.com (via Kit, formerly ConvertKit).
• Purchases: Gumroad collects payment and account details needed to complete the sale. We receive your purchase email and product entitlements from Gumroad; we do not store card numbers.
• Email: messages you send to vibekitlab@gmail.com.
• Site logs: our host (Netlify) may keep standard server logs (IP, user agent, path) for security and reliability.

This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers.

How we use it

• Deliver free packs and the weekly newsletter you signed up for
• Fulfill purchases and answer support or refund requests
• Improve the site and products using aggregate, non-personal signals where available

Processors that help us run the business:

• Gumroad — checkout and delivery of paid products
• Kit — newsletter and free-download email delivery
• Netlify — website hosting

We do not sell your email list. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention

Newsletter emails stay until you unsubscribe. Purchase records stay as long as needed for accounting, refunds, and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete support email threads that are no longer needed.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from Kit emails using the link in any message
• Email us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold
• Request a refund under our refund policy

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.

If this policy changes in a material way, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date.
